The Sardinia Walking Tour Guide will be responsible for leading one or two tours per day for groups of up to 12 people. You’ll be responsible for the entire set-up and take-down, as well as making sure everyone’s happy with the experience.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure all guests are happy and have a great time
- Answer questions and provide information about the island and its culture
- Organize tours to be interesting and fun, while still being informative
- Communicate effectively with guests before and during their trip
- Conduct tours for groups of up to 12 people
- Assist with logistics and transportation for the group
- Assist in developing a sense of community among members of the group
- Maintain professional standards with regard to dress code and appearance according to the tour
- Create a customized itinerary based on customer requirements or requests for the private tours
- Provide exemplary customer service in all interactions with customers
